The night I squirted while standing up, I was, quite literally, not prepared for it.
I had squirted before, in other configurations — lying down, on my back, hips elevated, from fingers, from all the standard setups that any squirting article will walk you through. Squirting was familiar territory to me by then.
What was not familiar was doing it on my feet.
We were in the bedroom. He asked me to stand at the foot of the bed, facing the mattress. I did. He asked me to lean forward and put my hands flat on the bed, arms straight, hips angled backward toward him.
I did.
He entered me from behind.
The angle was different immediately. His body was standing behind mine — both of us upright — and his penis was hitting the front wall of my vagina at a specific angle that no horizontal position I had been in had ever produced.
Within about four minutes, I was squirting.
It was, and I want to be honest, an inconvenient position to squirt in. I was standing. My arms buckled. He caught me before I actually collapsed. The bed needed a strip afterward and my legs shook for a full minute.
But it was, without exaggeration, the fastest squirt from penetration I have ever had — and the position, I now understand, does something that horizontal squirting positions cannot.
Why Standing Squirts Faster
There are three specific things that happen during standing sex that do not happen during horizontal sex, and all three of them accelerate the mechanism that produces squirting.
One. Gravity redistributes blood toward her lower body.
In horizontal positions, blood distributes across her whole body evenly. In standing positions, blood pools toward her pelvis. Her genital region becomes more engorged simply by virtue of being upright — which means the urethral sponge, the tissue that produces squirting, is closer to fully-engorged at baseline before you have even begun.
Two. The angle of penetration hits the front wall directly.
When she leans forward with her hips angled back, the natural angle of your body entering her aligns almost perfectly with her front wall. Every stroke — even short, gentle ones — produces sustained pressure on the urethral sponge. There is no wasted angle.
Three. Her nervous system is in an elevated arousal state.
Standing during sex requires balance. Balance during arousal produces a mildly-elevated sympathetic state that horizontal sex does not. This elevation, controlled, translates into higher receptivity to squirting rather than lower — because the sensory intensity is up, not down, at the moment the sponge is being stimulated.
All three of these compound.
The result is that the same man, doing the same technique, will produce a squirt from a standing partner substantially faster than from the same partner lying down.
How to Set It Up
1. Have her stand at the foot of the bed. Facing the mattress.
2. Have her lean forward. Hands flat on the bed. Arms straight or slightly bent for support.
3. Her hips angle backward toward you. Feet shoulder-width apart, knees soft.
4. You stand behind her. Enter her from this position — the angle of your penis will naturally align with her front wall.
5. Use short strokes.
The short-stroke principle from the previous Squirting Strokes article applies here. Two to three inches. Deliberate. Sustained pressure on the shallow front wall. The standing angle does the geometry; the short strokes maintain the constant pressure.
6. Hold her hips.
Both hands on her hip bones. Gentle grip. You are partly holding her against your rhythm; you are also, subtly, providing balance support she is going to need.
7. When you feel her tense — thighs squeezing, breath catching, hips lifting — do not change anything.
Same rhythm. Same depth. Same grip.
8. Tell her to push.
The bear-down cue. “Push into me. Let it go.”
9. Be ready to catch her.
This is not a joke. Many women, mid-squirt from standing, lose the strength in their supporting legs. Adjust your grip on her hips before the squirt actually arrives so you can hold her up through it.
Every step is demonstrated inside Squirting Strokes.
Why This Becomes the Position She Requests
Once a woman has squirted while standing, the position tends to enter her mental catalogue as a specific option — the one for when she wants the fastest possible squirt, the most physically overwhelming version of the experience.
It is not the position for every night. It is not sustainable for long encounters. It requires balance from her that other positions don’t.
But when she wants a squirt that arrives fast and takes her out at the knees — literally — the standing is the position that produces it.
