One Simple Drill to Last Longer—And You Can Start It Today
There’s one exercise I teach my students that transforms their stamina almost immediately. It’s convenient, discreet, and shockingly effective.
I call it the “Toilet Trick.”
And while it sounds playful, it’s actually a powerful pelvic floor drill. You can practice it every day for as little as 10 seconds—and the effect on how long you last in bed is dramatic.
I’ve taught this discreet technique to thousands of men, and the results speak for themselves. In this article, I’ll explain why it works and how you can start using it today.
Get ready to go longer, feel stronger, and become unforgettable tonight.
Why It Works So Well
Before we get into the drill, let’s talk about the muscle it targets.
One of the key muscles involved in ejaculation control is the PC muscle (pubococcygeus)—think of it as the gatekeeper of your penis.
It’s responsible for stopping urine midstream, holding back your orgasm, and even supporting the strength of your erection.
Most men never train it. Why? Because daily life doesn’t require it. But sex does. And if it’s weak, it fails you at the worst moment—leading to a climax that comes too soon, leaving her unsatisfied and you frustrated.
Strengthening this muscle is how you learn to delay your orgasm and extend your pleasure.
How to Do the Toilet Trick
Here’s the drill:
Next time you pee, don’t just let it flow.
Try stopping your stream mid-flow. Then start again. Stop again. Repeat.
That “clench” you feel? That’s your PC muscle at work.
At first, you might only be able to stop once. That’s perfectly normal. Try again next time.
Your goal is to be able to stop and start your stream 3–5 times in a single pee.
Want to level up? Try doing it when your bladder is full. The added pressure gives you more resistance—and faster results.
This takes just seconds per day, but the results in the bedroom are massive.

From Toilet to Bedroom—How to Use It During Sex
Now that you’ve trained the muscle, here’s how to use it in the moment that matters.
When you feel yourself approaching orgasm too soon, engage that same clench. Pause. Breathe. Hold it—just like you’re stopping a strong stream of pee.
You’ll feel your orgasm back off. Your body stabilizes. You regain control.
With practice, you can stretch this window longer and longer—delaying your climax by minutes.
Add deep breathing and slower thrusts, and you’ll become the man who outlasts her every time.
The Pleasure of Lasting Longer
When you can last longer, everything changes.
You enjoy her more. You explore her deeper. You make her orgasm before you even think about finishing.
