How to crank things up a notch in bed

Move over the usual missionary, doggy, and girl-on-top positions and try these much wilder poses for a change in pace.

What’s not to love about sparks flying in the bedroom? However, going with only a few tried and tested positions, sex could get monotonous. If you are looking to spice things up, take cue from these new avatars, which will not only make your romps thrilling, but also make you more adventurous between the sheets.

WHAT: THE VICTORY

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: HIGH

Have your partner lie down on her back, and raise her legs, while you kneel down in front of her. Then, you spread her legs apart in a wide V (hence the name victory), and penetrate while kneeling. This posture is especially great for women, since it stimulates the G-spot and clitoris.
