The Rhythm That Made Me Wet the Bed
I want to tell you about the night I squirted from penetration — not from fingers, not from a toy, but from a man’s hips — and the strange, almost boring rhythm that got me there.
He wasn’t thrusting.
That is the sentence I keep coming back to when I describe this to friends who ask. He was inside me, we were fucking in the technical sense, but he wasn’t doing what I had come to think of as thrusting. His hips were moving in a small, deliberate, almost cramped way — maybe two inches of stroke, back and forth, staying almost entirely at the shallow end of my body.
It looked, from the outside, like he was being lazy.
It felt, from the inside, like nothing I had felt before.
Because the two-inch rhythm — held for what turned out to be about six minutes — kept constant, unrelenting pressure on the first two inches of my front wall. The urethral sponge. The exact zone that responds to sustained pressure with squirting.
Long strokes had passed through this zone too quickly to ever load it up. His short strokes lived there.
I squirted, from penetration alone, at the six-minute mark. And it wasn’t a small event. The bed needed a strip. My legs shook for a minute. I had to lie there and process what had just happened, because until it happened, I would have told you squirting from a penis was a myth.
It isn’t a myth. It’s a rhythm.
I’m calling the move the short.
Why Long Strokes Almost Never Produce a Squirt
Here is the reason almost every man who has tried to make a woman squirt from penetration has failed.
He was thrusting the wrong way.
Long, deep strokes — the kind that men are taught by porn to associate with good sex — pass through the urethral sponge in a fraction of a second on the way in and a fraction of a second on the way out. The pressure on the sponge is intermittent, brief, and constantly interrupted. It never sustains long enough to produce the engorgement that squirting requires.
The urethral sponge is a small, specific zone at the shallow end of the vagina. About one to two inches in, on the front wall. Not deep. Not variable. One specific zone.
Squirting from penetration requires sustained, constant, unrelenting pressure on that zone for several minutes.
There is exactly one stroke geometry that produces sustained pressure on a shallow zone: a short stroke. Two to three inches. Held at the shallow depth. Never withdrawing far. Never plunging deep. Living, deliberately, in the exact place the urethral sponge lives.
This is the move.
And it is roughly the opposite of what almost every man does when he wants to try to make a woman squirt.
Why the Short Feels Different for Her Too
There is a bonus that makes the short easier to sell to your partner if she hasn’t experienced it before.
Short, shallow strokes activate a different set of nerve endings than long, deep strokes. The vaginal entrance and shallow front wall are the most densely nerve-innervated part of the vaginal canal. Long strokes bypass this zone; short strokes live in it.
For most women, the short produces a rising, building, unfamiliar sensation within the first minute or two — different from the rhythm of long-stroke sex, and unmistakably arousing in a way she does not have a name for.
She will not, most of the time, know that what she is feeling is the setup for a squirt. She will just know that the shallow rhythm feels bigger than a shallow rhythm should.
I walk you through the exact stroke geometry inside Squirting Strokes.
The Position That Makes the Short Work
The short can be executed in a few positions. The one it works best in — and the one Squirting Strokes is built around — is missionary with her hips elevated on a pillow.
Two pillows under her lower back. Knees up. Hips tilted upward.
In this position, the natural angle of your penetration aligns with the front wall of her vagina — meaning short, shallow strokes make constant contact with the urethral sponge without you having to angle your hips carefully or maintain difficult body positions.
Her hips are also free, which is important. She can grind against you, push into the short strokes, and — critically — bear down when she feels the squirt building. All of which she cannot easily do if her hips are pinned by her body weight or by a difficult position.
I demonstrate the position, the pillow placement, and the stroke rhythm inside Squirting Strokes.
How to Execute the Short
1. Warm her up first. Clit orgasm ideally.
The urethral sponge engorges faster when she’s already been through a clit orgasm. Read the article on the window if you haven’t.
2. Position: hips elevated on two pillows, knees bent.
The angle does the geometry for you.
3. Penetrate to about three inches. That’s it. That’s the whole depth.
You are not going deeper. Live at the shallow end.
4. Strokes of two to three inches. Slow. Rhythmic. Constant.
Not thrusts. Rocking. Small, deliberate, sustained.
5. Do not vary.
The short works because it is sustained. The moment you speed up, deepen, or change rhythm, you break the pressure loop that was building. Same short strokes, same rhythm, for as long as it takes.
6. When you feel her tense — thighs squeezing, hips lifting, breath catching — do not change a thing.
This is the moment. She is about to squirt. Same rhythm. Same depth. Hold the line.
7. Tell her to push.
The bear-down cue from the squirting psychology playbook. “Push into me. Don’t hold it in.”
8. Stay through the squirt.
Do not withdraw. Continue the short strokes right through the release. The squirt often comes in waves; the strokes maintain the pressure that keeps the waves coming.
Every step is demonstrated inside Squirting Strokes.
Why This Becomes the Only Position You Use
Most men, once they have felt the short work on a partner, do not go back to long-stroke fucking for the first six minutes of any encounter.
Because the short does not just produce squirts. It produces a different kind of encounter — deeper connection, slower buildup, more attentive rhythm, and the option to squirt sitting in the background as a possibility rather than a goal.
Two-to-three inch strokes. Shallow. Constant. Held for minutes.
That is the whole formula.
