The Position Change I Wasn’t Expecting
About two years ago, mid-reverse-cowgirl, a man did something to my body that transformed the position from one thing into an entirely different thing without either of us stopping.
I was on top of him, facing away, riding at my own rhythm — the standard configuration I had been in dozens of times before, with the standard disappearing-into-my-own-body experience that reverse cowgirl produces.
He put his hands on my hips.
For a second I thought he was going to do the usual — grip, guide, add some upward thrusts. That was not what he did.
What he did was pull me — steadily, insistently, without breaking his rhythm — backward toward him. Not enough to disconnect us. Just enough to change my whole geometry.
My upper body lowered. My spine went from vertical to slightly inclined. Then more inclined. Then, over the course of about ten seconds, I was lying almost flat on his chest, my back against his front, my legs still open over his hips, him still inside me.
The position had transformed.
I was no longer riding him. He was no longer underneath me passively. What we were doing now was a hybrid position I had no name for — reverse cowgirl, but folded backward, so that I was essentially reverse-spooning on top of him with him still penetrating me.
The change did three things simultaneously.
His hands, which had been on my hips, were now free. And they had access to my entire chest, my clit, my throat, my hair — everything he could not reach from underneath in the upright reverse cowgirl configuration.
His hips, which had been passive underneath a rider, were now the active hips. He was thrusting up into me from below, taking the rhythm I had been controlling and running it himself.
And my body, which had been in the invisible-to-him upright ride position, was now in an entirely different psychological state — pressed against him, held in place, with his mouth at my neck and his hands wherever he chose.
Why This Position Change Matters
Reverse cowgirl, in its standard vertical form, is the position where a woman disappears. Her back is to him. He cannot see her face. She rides at her own rhythm, in her own head, invisible to him. This is the entire point of the position and it works.
But reverse cowgirl has one structural limitation, which is that everything above her hips is inaccessible to him.
Her chest. Her nipples. Her throat. Her hair. Her face. All of it is out of reach as long as she is upright.
The pull-forward solves this without ending the position.
By pulling her backward onto his chest — while remaining inside her — he keeps the penetration, keeps the reverse orientation, keeps the leg configuration, but suddenly has access to her entire upper body.
It is, in effect, the graduation move from vertical reverse cowgirl. The position you use once the standard version has run its course but the encounter isn’t over.
And most men who have been doing reverse cowgirl for years have never made the transition into the folded version.
How to Execute the Pull-Forward
1. Start in standard reverse cowgirl.
She is on top, facing away, riding upright. Let this run for several minutes — the invisibility is doing arousal work you don’t want to skip.
2. When you’re ready to transition, put your hands firmly on her hips.
Not on the sides. On the front of her hips, near the hip bones. This gives you the leverage to pull.
3. Pull her backward — steadily, gently — toward your chest.
Not fast. Over five to ten seconds. Her upper body will lower toward you.
4. As she lowers, help her position her legs.
Her feet come up to rest alongside your hips or ribs, or her knees bend up toward her chest, depending on flexibility. The specific leg position matters less than the general fold.
5. Guide her all the way onto your chest.
Her back is now against your front. You are still inside her. She is folded onto you.
6. Wrap one arm across her chest. Use the other for whatever the moment calls for.
Her clit. Her throat. Her hair. Her mouth. All of it is now available.
7. Take over the rhythm.
You are now the active partner. Your hips do the thrusting from underneath. Her body is anchored against you.
I demonstrate the full transition, in real time, inside the Reverse Cowgirl program.
The Move Nobody Talks About
There is a specific thing that happens to a woman’s psychology during the pull-forward that i want to make sure you understand.
She has been, for the previous several minutes, in the disappeared state that reverse cowgirl produces. Invisible, unwatched, in her own body.
The pull-forward pulls her out of that state.
Suddenly your arm is around her chest. Your mouth is at her neck. Your hand is at her clit. She is completely, physically, unmistakably held — and the contrast between the invisibility of the previous few minutes and the enclosure of the folded position produces a specific arousal spike almost every woman describes as sharp.
This is why the transition works. The invisibility built up the arousal. The pull-forward releases it into presence.
