The Words That Told My Body When to Let Go

The night I squirted on command — and I mean that literally, on a spoken cue — it happened because a man did something almost no man I had ever slept with had ever thought to do.

He talked me through it.

Not the standard dirty talk. Not the “you feel so good” that most men reach for when they’re inside a woman. Something more specific, more deliberate, and, at the moment it happened, more useful than I had known verbal input during sex could be.

As I approached what felt like the threshold — the point where my body was building toward release but couldn’t quite cross into it — he started counting.

“Ten,” he said. Steady voice. Low.

“Nine.”

“Eight.”

By seven, my body was locked into his voice as an external target. Every count was a specific point I was reaching toward. My arousal, which had been diffusely building, suddenly had a specific line to cross.

By four I was already trembling.

By two I squirted.

It happened on his cue. On the count.

And I lay there afterward trying to figure out why the countdown had worked when so many other approaches had failed, and eventually I realised that what he had given me was something I had not known I needed — a specific, external, unavoidable target that removed the uncertainty that had been quietly stopping every close squirt of my life.

I’m calling it the countdown.

Inside Iconic Squirters School, I walk you through the technique — with my gorgeous girls demonstrating.

Why Uncertainty Is the Thing That Stops Her

For most women who have been close to squirting and failed to cross the threshold, the failure is not physical.

The urethral sponge is engorged. The bear-down mechanic is available. The physical readiness is there.

What’s missing is the certainty that the moment is actually now.

In the last thirty seconds before a squirt, most women’s brains are running a small, quiet loop. “Am I close? Is this it? Should I push now? Or wait? Is it going to happen this time?” The loop is fed by the uncertainty of not knowing exactly where the threshold is.

The loop is what stops the squirt.

Because every second she spends in “am I close?” is a second her body is not fully committing to the release. She is holding a small, invisible amount of her own arousal back, just in case this isn’t the moment.

The countdown removes the loop.

When there is an external voice announcing where the threshold is — “seven, six, five” — her brain no longer has to guess. The target is specific. The moment is announced. She knows when to push.

And when she knows when to push, she pushes.

How to Deploy the Countdown

The countdown is not a trick you use throughout the encounter. It is a specific verbal technique deployed in the final thirty to sixty seconds, when you can feel her approaching the threshold.

1. Get her to the edge with your standard technique.

Whatever normally works — g-spot fingering, the two-hand sandwich, penetration with the short — bring her to the point where she is close but hasn’t quite crossed.

2. When you feel her tense, start the countdown.

Her thighs squeeze. Her breath catches. Her hips lift. This is the moment.

3. Speak low. Steady. Not fast.

“Ten.” One-second pause. “Nine.” Same rhythm. Same volume.

4. Do not vary the rhythm.

The countdown works because it is predictable. If you speed up or slow down mid-count, you introduce the uncertainty the technique is designed to remove.

5. Do not change the stimulation during the countdown.

Same pressure. Same rhythm. Same technique. The countdown is layered on top of what you were already doing — it does not replace anything.

6. Keep counting past zero if needed.

Some women squirt on three. Some on one. Some, at the last second, need the countdown to keep going. “One. Zero. Now. Push.” Follow her body.

7. Stop counting the second she starts to release.

Verbal input during the actual squirt is disruptive. The countdown is a pre-release tool. Once the release begins, go silent.

I demonstrate the exact vocal register and rhythm inside Iconic Squirters School.

Why This Works on Women Who Have Never Squirted

The countdown is particularly effective on women who have been close to squirting many times and never crossed the threshold.

These are women whose bodies are physically capable of the release but whose brains have never fully committed. The uncertainty loop, in these women, has become a habit — every close encounter has taught them to hold back at the last second.

The countdown breaks the habit on the first attempt.

Because for the first time, there is no uncertainty. The moment is announced. The push is prompted. The release is externally scheduled.

Once she has squirted on the countdown once, the habit of holding back is broken. Subsequent squirts often come without needing the countdown at all — because her body now knows the release is available.
