Going through a dry spell? Here’s how it affects you

If you’re single for quite some time, then you’re probably starting to feel like sex is just a sweet memory. Sure, you can have fun by yourself (maybe even while watching one of my sexy courses), but nothing compares with feeling the warmth of a woman’s body while being inside of her…

I was always an advocate of a healthy sex life because I know it not only brings us closer to our partner, but it also helps our body to function the right way. It may sound crazy, but sex simply helps us achieve more: it keeps us motivated, confident, healthy and happy. Both women and men need to satisfy this basic need in order to live a balanced life.

But it’s normal to experience a dry spell from time to time, especially if you’re single. I mean… how many men are like magnets for women, being able to enjoy hot sessions with beautiful semi-strangers they interact with on a daily basis?

Truth is, outside of a relationship, a balanced sex schedule is not easy to establish. And this will inevitably impact your emotional and physical health in one way or another.

If you’re having a hard time as a single dude right now, I recommend you check out this controversial program called “Stealth Attraction” and created by Richard La Ruina. Now keep in mind that the techniques used in this program are controversial and not something that I endorse entirely. But as I know it works, I wanted you to have an option as a single guy. DO NOT use these techniques if you are married. This video contains some strong language that might disturb some people. NOTE: This program was not created by me.

Now please read on if you want to find out what happens to your body when you stop having sex.

You’ll become restless

Everyone knows that sex helps us get rid of the tension, blow off steam or whatever you want to call it. And there are scientific studies which show that people who abstain from sex struggle to cope with stressful day to day situations like public speaking or work conflicts, compared to those who enjoy a balanced sex life.

That’s because during sex the brain releases feel-good chemicals, like oxytocin and endorphins, which help release the stress in our body and make us feel at ease.

You may increase your risk of prostate cancer

It is known that regular sex protects you from developing prostate cancer, one type of cancer that becomes more and more common these days.

A study presented at the American Urological Association found that men who had regular sex enjoyed not only a better life but also a 20% drop in their risk for prostate cancer. That’s because frequent ejaculations may remove potentially harmful substances from the prostate.

You’re more vulnerable to colds and flu

Flu season is coming and if you’re not having sex, chances are your immune system might need some help. Less sex also means you’re missing those immune-boosting benefits that it brings to your body.

Studies found that people who had sex once or twice a week enjoyed a 30 percent boost in immunoglobulin A (IgA), compared with those who had sex seldom or never. IgA is one of the body’s first lines of defense against viruses, so you need to keep it in check.

You’ll get insecure

Not having sex simply takes a toll on your happiness and confidence. Sex is a huge factor in building our self-esteem because when we feel desired we get validation from the opposite sex: “Oh, she wants to have sex with me, I’m desirable, I’m attractive. I’m worth it”. Lack of sex tells you a very different story, and even if it’s false you will be more susceptible than ever to believe it. You’ll feel unworthy of attention, insecure, anxious and simply unbalanced.

Baby, you need a lot of strength to remain sane, healthy and confident during a dry spell. Always remember that this is just a moment that will pass and try to make your life more enjoyable by connecting with other people, even if it’s not for sex. Socializing will bring back some of that self-worth and validation you are craving right now.

Hot kisses,

Gabrielle Moore
